Text Messaging Terms
These terms explain the Cheating Debt text messaging program: who sends messages, what they're for, how you opt in and how to stop them. Last updated: October 12, 2026.
Who we are
Cheating Debt, LLC (doing business as Cheating Debt and Dispute on Demand), 9500 Ray White Rd Suite 200, Fort Worth, TX 76244. Website: cheatingdebt.com. Email: service@cheatingdebt.com. We provide a free credit report analysis called the Debt Cheat Sheet, plus customer support for our clients.
The program: support texts, no sales
- Debt Cheat Sheet ready notice. If you tick the text box when you sign up for your free Debt Cheat Sheet, we send you one text message when it's ready, telling you to check your email.
- Replies and account updates. Answers to your questions, and updates about your account, such as that we received a document or mailed your dispute letters, or that we've emailed you something to check.
- One follow-up. If you text or call us first about the free Debt Cheat Sheet, we may send you one follow-up text within 30 days, asking whether you still plan to get it or have questions. We don't send it if you've signed up, told us no, or replied STOP.
All texts come from our support line, 682-263-2458, and are typed and sent by our team, one at a time. We never send automated or bulk texts. If the number ever changes, we'll tell you by email.
Apart from that one follow-up about the free Debt Cheat Sheet, we never send promotional texts, and we never call or text you to sell or offer a paid product or service. We don't send links to offers by text. Questions about paid services are answered by email.
How you opt in
By ticking the optional, unticked text box on our Debt Cheat Sheet sign-up page (cheatingdebt.com/debt-cheat-sheet) and entering your mobile number. One box covers both kinds of messages. It reads: "Optional: Cheating Debt may text me at this number: one notice when my Debt Cheat Sheet is ready, and replies and updates about my account. Texts are sent by our team, one at a time. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase." Texting is never a condition of getting your Debt Cheat Sheet or any service.
You can also start a conversation by texting us at 682-263-2458. When you text us first, we reply in that conversation and may send the one follow-up described above.
Message frequency
Ready notice: one message. Follow-up: at most one. Replies and updates: varies, and depends on your questions and your account.
