Trouble with the identity questions?

Each credit bureau checks it's really you. To pass:
- Type your name and address the way they appear on your bills.
- Moved in the last 2 years? Add your previous address when it asks.
- Read each question carefully. Some are about old loans or addresses, and "None of the above" can be the right answer.
One bureau didn't let you in? Keep going with the others. For Experian, you can also get your free report at experian.com with a free account. You don't need to buy anything. We can read that one too.

If you can't get any of them online, annualcreditreport.com can mail them to you (or call 1-877-322-8228). We can't read paper reports yet.

On each report, choose the printable version ("Print" or "View PDF"), then:
- Computer: press Ctrl+P (Windows) or ⌘+P (Mac), set the destination to Save as PDF, then Save.
- iPhone: tap Share → Print, tap Share again on the preview, then Save to Files.
- Android: tap ⋮ → Share → Print, choose Save as PDF, then tap the download button.
